Kristen is an experienced employment lawyer and Human Resources and Employee Relations executive. From Transport, Mining to Aged Care, Kristen has broad experience in both large ASX-listed companies and the not-for-profit sector.
A proven record of leading complex workplace investigations and delivering investigation reports and culture reviews which organizations can rely on. Investigations into bullying, discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, criminal conduct, corruption, WHS, and security-critical incidents.
Extensive experience and knowledge of best practice in investigative methodology, including trauma-informed approaches, as well as risk assessments, interviewing, document examination and analysis, and preparation of reports with evidence-based findings and recommendations.
With an employment law background, Kristen has expertise in advising clients on the full range of employment matters, from developing Policies and Procedures to advising on performance management, compliance with industrial instruments such as Awards and Enterprise Agreements, underpayment and unfair and unlawful dismissal matters.
